I am a former Professional Baseball Player from the Oakland Athletics Organization. I spent 3 years in the A's minor league baseball system (2003-2005) and 2 years in the Independent Professional Leagues (2006-2007) prior to joining the team at AE Fitness. During the baseball off-season in 2005, I graduated Cum Laude from the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
I combine my experience as a Professional Athlete, Baseball / Softball Skills Instructor, and Personal Trainer to provide a challenging and fulfilling workout for all fitness levels.
It is my objective to help all of the members of AE Fitness to achieve their lifestyle goals. I have seen the success & would like to see everyone experience the benefits of the professional & knowledgeable AE Fitness training staff.

Jackson was a graduating senior athlete at Montclair High School and was enlisted to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point. He came to AE Fitness with a goal of preparing to pass the Army's elite fitness evaluation test for acceptance into West Point with a focus on improving his upper body strength for the push up & pull up portion of the test. Jared and Jackson set up a plan for success and after a few months of dedicated work, Jackson passed the fitness evaluation with ease & was accepted into the United States Military Academy at West Point.
